1. Service Description
RxVirtual offers B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, enabling customers to seamlessly connect with their partners through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) technology.

2. Purchase Currency
All transactions and payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

3. Fulfillment Policy
RxVirtual provides cloud-based software solutions that do not require on-site or in-person installations.
As a cloud software provider, RxVirtual does not ship any physical products to its customers. Services are accessible via a computer with an internet connection.

4. Refund Policy
If you require a refund, please contact us at support@rxvirtual.net, providing your request along with the reason for the refund. Refunds are typically processed within three (3) business days and will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on your financial institution’s policies. For more information regarding refund timing, please reach out to your financial institution directly.

5. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your service, please submit a written notice to support@rxvirtual.net at least thirty (30) days in advance of you next invoice.
